Driving license revoked through 2077 for a regular traffic rule offender

Traffic policemen requested a driver to stop for a routine document check. They were surprised to know that the driving license was revoked through 2077 as a result of as many as 250 traffic rule violations.
On November 15 traffic police inspectors stopped a passenger car in the town of Troitsk in Chelyabinsk Region. They requested a 40-year-old driver to provide documents for the car and the driving license. Sergei Razumovsky said that he had no driving license. When the policemen ran the database check it turned up that for similar offense Sergei Razumovsky was administered the fine 68 times. And it's not all. On 18 occasions the driver was over which stopped for drunk driving, 5 times Mr. Razumovsky refused undergoing medical test. The total term over which Sergei Razumovsky driving license is void amounts to 72 years. Sergey Razumovsky will be authorized to drive car having a driving license to earlier than August 15, 2077, provided he does not make anything foolish before.
Since Sergei was stopped for driving without driving license on the 69 time running he definitely knew what the result would be. Similar to the previous occasions he was exposed to the administrative arrest for 15 days. However, this was no drama for the license-free driver. Immediately after being released Sergei planned to get behind the steering wheel and have a ride without driving license.
According to the traffic police there are many "cowboys” like Sergei Razumovsky in Chelyabinsk region. According to statistics in the region there are five people deprived of the driving license for the term of more than 50 years, license was revoked from seven people for over 40 years; 26 people will wait till getting their driving license back for 30 years; 94 people got the court ruling of 20 years without driving and more than 700 people will stay away from driving over 10 years.
